Mike Gable has kept me off the couch for a decade now. Living in Bishop, climbing is a part of our social scene, as well as fitness regime. While I’m not in the uber fit category, this book is designed for all climbing levels. The intention, and easy to read treatments with great visual cueing is the new future to techniques to keep me and my family climbing!
